Gavel Auctions
Real-time bidding over WebSockets, Emirates ID verification, Stripe payments and a full admin panel. Flutter app, Laravel backend and MySQL, live on iOS, Android and web.
App, backend, API, database and admin panel. One team, one contract, from idea to store launch.
Overview
You want a full product built end to end. If you need a first version fast on a fixed price, see MVP Design and Development. If you already have an app that needs fixing, see App Rescue and Code Audit.
We design, build and launch mobile apps for iOS, Android and cross-platform, and everything the app needs behind it.
Every app we build can ship with an AI layer: an in-app assistant, smart search, document scanning or automated workflows. And we build faster because our engineers work with AI coding agents, with a human reviewing every line.
Scope
The question every client asks, answered up front: yes, we build the backend, the API, the database and the admin panel too.
An app on its own is not a product. Somebody has to approve content, manage users, see the numbers, handle refunds and change what is on the home screen, without calling a developer. If that part is missing, you have not launched, and you end up hiring a second vendor who blames the first one.
| Part | Who builds it |
|---|---|
| iOS and Android app | Us |
| Backend and API | Us |
| Database | Us |
| Admin panel and dashboard | Us |
| Web version of the appSee Web Apps and Admin Panels | Us |
| Payments, auth, notifications, integrations | Us |
| Store submission and launch | Us |
One team, one contract, one person accountable. And because we build in Flutter, the web version of your app comes off the same codebase, so it costs a fraction of building it separately.
Gavel Auctions shipped as a Flutter app on iOS and Android, a Laravel backend, a MySQL database, Stripe payments and a full admin panel, built by one team, in one contract.
See the case studyWho builds it

I have been building mobile apps for over 7 years and I have personally delivered more than 52 of them: idea, design, development, store submission, the whole thing.
When you send an enquiry, I read it. When we scope your project, I am on the call. When there is a hard technical decision, native or cross-platform, what to cut from version one, whether your existing code is worth saving, I make it, and I tell you why.
Our team grows with the project. The accountability does not move.
Deliverables
| Deliverable | What it is |
|---|---|
| Scoping document | Every screen, every rule, every integration, agreed before a line of code |
| Clickable prototype | The full app in Figma, tappable, before development starts |
| Architecture diagram | How the app, backend, database and third-party services fit together |
| Source code | Full repository, full IP transfer, in your account |
| Admin panel and credentials | Working dashboard so your team runs the product without us |
| API documentation | So any future developer can pick it up without a rebuild |
| Live store listings | App Store and Play Store, on developer accounts in your name |
| Handover walkthrough | A recorded session walking your team through the whole system |
If any of these is missing at handover, the project is not finished. That is our standard, not an upsell.
Platforms
Swift and SwiftUI. For apps that lean on device hardware, need the smoothest possible feel, or ship Apple only features first.
Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Full access to the Android ecosystem, background services and device fragmentation handled properly.
Our core. One codebase for iOS, Android and web. Fastest route to both stores, and the web version costs a fraction of building it separately.
When your team already runs JavaScript and wants to maintain the app in-house afterwards.
When you need reach without a store download, or a lightweight companion to the main app.
Which one do you need? We recommend based on your product, your budget and who maintains it after launch, not on what we prefer to write. That conversation is part of the free app plan.
AI in your app
Answers your users, guides them through the app, and cuts down your support load.
Users find things by meaning, not exact keywords. Content and products surface themselves.
OCR combined with AI to read invoices, IDs, contracts and forms, with no manual data entry.
The app books, updates, files and notifies on its own. It does the work, it does not just chat.
Models that run on the phone, so user data never leaves the device. Built for finance and healthcare apps where privacy is non-negotiable.
Pray the Bible generates personalised prayers with OpenAI GPT and matches Scripture to a user’s mood. It runs on iOS, Android and web from one Flutter codebase, and has passed 500,000 downloads with a 4.7+ store rating.

Flutter keeps the iOS and Android builds moving together instead of drifting a release apart. Everything below is what that buys you, and where it stops.
How we build
| AI does | Humans do |
|---|---|
| Writes boilerplate and repetitive code | Architecture and technology decisions |
| Generates tests | Code review on every merge |
| Speeds up UI implementation | Security, performance and release calls |
| Drafts documentation | Accountability for the final result |
We use AI to move faster, not to skip the thinking. A senior engineer signs off on everything that ships.
And it stays yours. Your data and your code are never used to train any model. Where privacy is critical, we run the AI on-device so data never leaves the phone.
Integration
Most businesses are not starting from zero. There is already a CRM, an ERP, a payment provider or a warehouse system, and the app has to work with it, not replace it.
Tata Power SolaRoof runs on top of the client’s existing Salesforce CRM. The app added role based access for channel partners and retailers, barcode scanned asset installation, GPS tagged inspections, KYC verification and offline mode, with real-time sync back into Salesforce. Lead to order time dropped 45% and asset tracking accuracy reached 99%.

Process
Discovery and scoping
We map what the product has to do and who it is for. You get the scoping document at the end of this, whether or not you continue with us.
Architecture and technical plan
Platform choice, stack, database design, integrations, security. You get the architecture diagram.
Design and clickable prototype
Flows, screens and a design system. You tap through the whole app in Figma before a line of code is written.
Build
AI coding agents accelerate the build. Every merge is human reviewed. You see working software every two weeks, not a status report.
QA on real devices
Real phones, real network conditions, real edge cases. Not just the simulator.
Store submission and launch
We handle App Store and Play Store review, rejections and resubmissions. On accounts in your name.
Support and handover
Recorded walkthrough, full documentation, and a support window. Then a maintenance plan if you want one.
MVP, on fixed scope and fixed price

Engagement
Best for MVPs and clearly defined builds. We scope it, we quote it, we hold the price. If the scope changes, we price the change in writing before we build it.
Best for a live product that keeps evolving. A set number of engineering days each month: features, fixes, OS updates, store compliance. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Best when you already have a team and need mobile capacity. Our engineers work inside your process, your repo, your stand-ups. Billed by the month.
No minimum contract size. We look at every project on fit, not budget floor. If we are not the right team for it, we will say so on the first call.
How you get a number: after one scoping call you get a written fixed quote, with scope, timeline and price on one page. No hourly surprises, no change-order games. If the scope changes later, we price the change before we build it, in writing.
I recently collaborated with Anand and his team on creating my finance mobile application and I was thoroughly impressed. Their technical expertise ensured seamless updates, and their proactive communication kept me informed throughout the process. They demonstrated a strong commitment to quality, promptly addressing any issues that arose. I highly recommend Anand and his team for mobile app creation.
I had the pleasure of hiring Anand to work on our mobile app, Footify, and his contributions were outstanding. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project, ensuring a smooth and polished user experience. Anand has a keen eye for design, transforming designs into visually appealing and functional interfaces.
This was a long and complicated project. However, Anand executed it flawlessly. He was patient with the requirements, was a fast learner in situations where he encountered something new and was a great and prompt communicator. I'll definitely be hiring him again in the future!
Stack
We recommend the stack that fits your product, not the one we prefer to write.
Proof
Real-time bidding over WebSockets, Emirates ID verification, Stripe payments and a full admin panel. Flutter app, Laravel backend and MySQL, live on iOS, Android and web.
AI generated prayers via OpenAI GPT, mood based Scripture matching, community prayer groups and subscription tiers. One Flutter codebase across iOS, Android and web.
Salesforce connected channel partner platform with role based access, barcode asset scanning, GPS inspections, KYC verification and offline mode.
FAQ
It depends on scope. We send a fixed quote after a short scoping call, so there are no surprises later.
An MVP takes 6 weeks on a fixed scope. A full product usually takes 3 to 5 months. A complex or regulated app takes 6 months or more.
Native for heavy device features and maximum performance. Cross-platform when speed to market, budget, or a web version alongside the app matter more. We recommend based on your product, not our preference.
All of it: backend, API, database, admin panel and the web version if you want one. One team, one contract.
You do. Full source code and IP transfer to you, on cloud accounts in your name.
Yes. We have built on top of Salesforce, Firebase, Laravel and custom APIs.
No. Your data and your code are never used to train any model. Where privacy is critical, we run AI on-device so data never leaves the phone.
AI writes the repetitive parts. A senior engineer decides the architecture, reviews every merge and signs off on every release.
Ask for three things: live store links you can download today, a scoping document from a past project, and access to reviews on a platform they do not control. We give all three before you commit anything.
We take those over regularly. Start with an App Rescue and Code Audit. You get a written report on what you actually own before anyone talks about fixing it.
We handle submission, rejection and resubmission as part of the launch. Store review is our problem, not yours.
We stay on for support, OS updates and new features under a maintenance plan.
A short call, an honest answer on whether we are the right team, and a scope you can hold us to.
